Terms Of Payment : -

50% payment in advance along with confirmed purchase order and 50% prior to shipment


Terms Of Delivery:-

Within one week subject to availability of the material or as committed.


Insurance & Freight :

Insurance and freight will be borne by us in case of a CIF quotation. In case of any damage to the product, appropriate time is required to get the claim processed from the insurance company in order to pay back the money. Courier will be on economic mode unless otherwise specified for alternate mode


Packing :

Materials will be packed & placed inside the transport worthy carton / appropriate packing media


Customs Duty :

All shipments are strictly on ddu basis (delivery duty unpaid).


Testing Charges :

Test certificate from a reputed laboratory would be provided at a cost as per clients request.


Bank Charges :

Nominal bank charges will be applicable as per our proforma invoice.

Other Conditions

All Sales Local / Export Are Subject To The Clients Acceptance Of The Following Conditions :

1. Acceptance of the client is by way of a purchase order and advance payment.
2. Any warranty on the products supplied is strictly limited to replacement of material only and no other liability would be applicable.
3. In case of a rejection, our decision on replacement based on the genuineness of complaint would be final.
4. Storage and handling conditions are important for optimum product life.
5. All disputes regarding the above shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Bangalore city, south India only.
6. Best exports is not responsible for the end use / applications of the product sold. the materials have to be thoroughly checked before use by undertaking laboratory trials to ensure that it meets the specifications for the end application. In case of any problem or doubt with respect to the quality parameters of the product the client should get back formally in writing and should not use the product. the material are supplied purely on request enquiry & subsequent order from the buyer and the buyer is solely responsible for any rules and regulations applicable / binding on the product from the concerned authorities in his or the importing country.
